We have been in the coin-op industry since 1972. I started out as a mechanic working on games in my early years and then an operator. As Xbox and Sega began to dominate the street scene, locations such as bowling alleys and liquor stores' amusement revenue were hit hard, diminishing the income to the point where you don't see games in 7-11s or convience stores anymore. It was at this point that we transitioned to taverns, pizza, and other more traditional amusement venues. We have purchased many struggling vendors in Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange county further expanding our reach and have become one of Touchtunes larger operators in Southern California. The reason is simple: a number of operators don't know how to fix their own equipment, so they must rely on techs that come and go for their service. Service is key and our focus. For this very reason, we went into the ATM business to meet the needs of merchants that had ATMs but their company was unable to service.
